Steam lets a seller reverse a CS2 trade for 7 days, so nobody can safely pay in full before that. If the trade is reversed the skins go back to you and there is no payout.
Is USDC the same as a dollar?
USDC is designed to stay at one US dollar. It is issued by a third party, so tf2.gg does not guarantee its value.
