Before you accept the trade offer
To cancel, decline the trade offer in Steam. An offer you leave unanswered is canceled after 15 minutes. Nothing leaves your inventory until you accept the offer in Steam.
Declined or expired trade offers end the order automatically within seconds. Your items stay with you, nothing is charged, and you can start a new sale right away.
After you accept
Once you accept the trade offer, the sale is final and the payout is sent: keys and metal in the same trade, crypto right after the items arrive.
Crypto payouts are final once they are sent to the network, and we cannot reverse them. Funds sent to a wrong address you entered cannot be recovered.
If something goes wrong
Refunds and corrections are only for problems caused by a technical error on our side. This is how we fix them:
- Payout failed or delayed: we retry it, or a staff member completes it manually. You can follow every step on the order page.
- Wrong amount: we pay the difference or agree a fix with you.
- Items arrived but no payout after a reasonable time: email support@tf2.gg with your order code.

Purchases on the upcoming player marketplace will have their own refund rules, published before launch.
